Work Experience
SCHOOL CHILDREN AGED 15-18
If you are considering a career in veterinary medicine we encourage you to get in touch and arrange work experience as early as possible. This allows you to fully understand the commitment involved and make sure it’s the job for you, it also ensures that you can be accommodated. Work experience placements are competitive and we can only take one student at a time, because of this we ask that you send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to the practice manager who will be able to help you further.
EMS STUDENTS STUDYING VETERINARY MEDICINE AT UNIVERSITY
We provide placements to both home and international students with on site accommodation. Places are limited and we recommend booking a placement at least six months before the intended date. We offer a comprehensive placement where you will be given hands on experience of first opinion practice and emergency and critical care work.
